This solution is designed for clients who are considering making a new hire but want to evaluate the candidate’s performance before making a permanent commitment. This solution allows clients to bring the candidate on board as a contractor and evaluate their performance over a specified period of time. If the candidate performs well, the client can then convert the contract to a full-time, permanent position.
